Guaranteed:
Savory trucks 170 tickets each @ $18 per ticket. Each ticket is worth an Entree, Side and Beverage.
Dessert trucks 480 tickets each @ $8 per ticket.
Fee: 10% of total sales.
Each savory truck must minimize their menu to only offer 4-5 items. Must be $18 worth.
Each dessert truck must minimize their menu to only off 2-3 items. Must be $8 worth.
Must bring extra food, there is a good chance you will serve over the guaranteed amount.
Must be able to serve fast since this is only a 2 hour service.
