Address: 5460 Country Club Pkwy, San Jose. This address will take you to the actual clubhouse. You will pass this address and drive down Country Club Pkwy about 2 miles. The Swim Pavilion will be on your right hand side. You will park in that parking lot.
Fee: $45+10% of total sales
Must serve breakfast and lunch items.
