Guaranteed: 130 tickets @ $15 per ticket. Entree and Beverage. You may also accept cash sales, if employees want to purchase extra. So you will need to bring more food if you choose to take cash sales as well. You will be paid via C/C at the end of the event for the total amount of tickets collected if gone over the guaranteed amount.
You must minimize your menu to only offer $15 items. MUST serve at least 5 items to choose from. No prices may be shown on your menu.
