Service Style- Pop-Up with Food truck parked outside for support
Ideally, we would like to have the same truck onsite all three days.
Menu:
3 meal options with one being either vegan or vegetarian
Looking for would like to have you to have 1 special that is different each day.
Price Point: $12-$15 for a meal (at least 1 option for $12)
Minimum Guarantee: $1500 per vendor per shift (based on Net Sales)
Commission: 10% of Total net sales (or minimum guarantee whatever is higher)
